Installations
We install both floating and glue-down LVP (luxury vinyl plank), LVT (luxury vinyl tile), and carpet tile for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
Floating installations: Ideal where a fast, clean install and potential future removal are needed. Floating LVP/LVT locks together over an underlay or existing flat subfloor, allowing for slight movement with temperature changes.
Glue-down installations: Permanent and stable. Flooring is adhered to prepared subfloors for better durability. Recommended for heavy traffic, rolling loads, and strict performance needs.
Residential: We choose products and methods to balance comfort, appearance, and ease of maintenance.
Commercial and institutional: Glue-down LVP/LVT and Carpet Tile are preferred for heavy use and traffic. Carpet tile also provides acoustic benefits and easy replacement of individual tiles when needed.
Subfloor preparation: We assess and prepare subfloors by repairing, leveling, and installing underlayment when needed for lasting results.
